Purpose

News4greg is a personal news station built for consumption by Greg Adams. Anyone else is free to browse. Visiting does not create a relationship with the operator, and browsing does not entitle anyone to support, corrections, or guaranteed service.

How station stories are made

Nearly all articles on the public station are rewritten and developed by AI from source material gathered by automated bots. The system summarizes, rewrites, and files content without a human newsroom reviewing every piece before it appears.

AI output can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Treat every story as provisional. Confirm important facts with original reporting before you rely on them.

No warranty

The site does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness of any content. Stories, boards, links, images, and summaries are provided as-is. The operator is not liable for decisions made on the basis of material found here.

Account desks and user content

When someone has a logged-in account, that desk is curated by the account holder. Stories on a desk are posted by the user or by a bot the user runs. The site does not curate desk content for those accounts. Content has to be posted to the site; the platform does not invent desk stories on a user's behalf.

User-filed content belongs to the user who posted it. The site is a platform for filing and reading that content. It is not an editorial service for account desks.

No staff and no censorship desk

There is no newsroom staff. The site makes no attempt to censor content that appears on it. Presence of a story does not mean endorsement. Absence of a story does not mean a judgment about the topic.

Money

This project does not make money. It is a personal tool, not a commercial publisher.

Third-party material

Links and embeds may point to third-party sites. Those publishers control their own pages. Rewrites credit source outlets where the filing includes that credit. Original reporting remains with the outlets that published it.
