The world is no longer moving like a chessboard. For a long time, success came from planning several moves ahead, choosing a strategy, and executing it with discipline. That still matters, but it is no longer enough.

The new world behaves more like squash. You move, you respond, you return to the centre, and you prepare for the next change before you even know where it is coming from. That does not mean abandoning strategy.

It means understanding that strategy now has to breathe. The people and organisations that will do well in the next few years are not the ones pretending the board is still stable. They are the ones willing to accept the new game and become better players.

Do not fall in love with the old way just because it once worked. Learn the game you are actually in. #MoGawdat #Agility #Leadership #FutureOfWork #Adaptability
