Life is a video game, but perhaps we have misunderstood the objective. When I played video games with my son Ali, I was always focused on strategy. I wanted to complete the mission, avoid unnecessary danger and reach the end as efficiently as possible.

Ali played differently. He deliberately went towards the difficult parts, the explosions, the smoke and the challenges. When I asked him why, he said: “That’s where all the fun is.” That is where you learn, develop and become a better player.

Life is not a game you can finish. It is an infinite game. There is no final destination that proves you have won.

The point is the gameplay: experiencing it fully, learning through its challenges and enjoying every minute you are given. #LifeLessons #PersonalGrowth #Mindset #Happiness
