Two Siksika Nation men are facing a combined seven charges after two trucks were stolen from a rural property in Vulcan County on Sept. 24, RCMP say. A 26-year-old man and a 48-year-old man were arrested after Mounties traced one of the vehicles to a property on the Nation.

RCMP used security camera footage to identify a suspect believed to live on Siksika Nation. Mounties later spotted the suspect driving a stolen 2012 GMC Sierra and followed it to the property. Police found the second stolen truck there as well.

The charges relate to the theft of both vehicles. The source report did not specify the individual charges or identify either man by name.
